Steve Simon è stato nominato questa sera nuovo Chief Executive Officer (cioè Amministratore delegato) della WTA.

Steve Simon ricopriva dal 2004 il ruolo di direttore del torneo combined di Indian Wells, uno dei tornei più apprezzati dal punto di vista organizzativo da parte dei giocatori.

Simon succede a Stacry Allaster che si è dimessa due settimane fa.
