Comunque, per amore della Verità, gli under 21 nei primi 200 sono al momento quindici (o meglio, oggi sono sedici, domani saranno quindici causa compleanno di Nishioka).
In pratica, il 7,5% del totale.
Ma qui facciamo passare per fenomeni i norvegesi che hanno due giocatori nei 1000 (e magari Ruud Jr. diventerà un campione, ma magari diventerà un mestierante, io i post del 2009 su Berankis li ricordo ancora bene).

Questa è gente che schifa i numeri.
L’anno scorso Cecchinato aveva solo sei giocatori più giovani di lui avanti in classifica ATP, Eremin è stato per un po’ il miglior minorenne in classifica ATP, però per loro i numeri lì non valevano.
Ci sono 18 (diciotto) under 25 nei primi 100 (cento), eppure continuano ad immaginare frotte di teenager che stanno per vincere Slam.
Io ho sempre pensato che se una persona argomenta con numeri, e una con luoghi comuni, la ragione sia una.
E riguardo al “poter skrivere ciò ke si vuole, è una demokrazia!!”, io la penso esattamente come Asimov, Eco e Mentana.
Io penso e son convinto invece che abbiamo ” materiale” su cui lavorare:alcuni giocatori buoni su cui puntare bel prox futuro..e questa convinzione nasce suffragata dai risultati di questo 2016 che seppur non continui , hanno messo in luce giocatori giovani su cui puntare segnatamente Sonego, a mio avviso oltre ad elementi finalmente maturi e consapevoli vedi Giannessi ed ora Giustino.

Su che statistiche ti basi e con quali percentuali ?
siamo messi malissimo, increrdibile come nei primi 200 non ci sia un UNDER 21, siamo nettamente la nazione messa peggio di tutte e il rapporto tesserati e classifica è impietoso!
Purtroppo è così da almeno 30 anni quindi credo proprio che non ci siano più speranze. SOlo un TOmba può salvarci, ma all’orizzonte non si vede nulla di buono.
I ’96 persi non mi pare, semplicemente i migliori 3 ’96 hanno avuto tutti grandi infortuni (come accaduto ad esempio anche a Kokkinakis o Christian Harrison o Javier Marti o mille altri “giovani stranieri”).
E poi, nonostante ciò che alcuni hanno scritto ieri sull’onda delle vittorie (atipiche) di Zverev e Pouille, non dimentichiamoci che ci sono 18 (DICIOTTO) under 25 nei primi 100 (CENTO) al mondo.
Questo dato ha una evidente valenza, anche se molti hanno tutto l’interesse a nascondere la statistica per fini di parte.
