Dominic Thiem ha superato Rafael Nadal nel ranking ATP: l’austriaco vola all’ottavo posto, avanti appunto al maiorchino, che dista appena 115 punti.
Posizione importante soprattutto in ottica Australia Open, con Thiem che potrà avere una importante testa di serie.

Ricordiamo che Rafa difenderà, nel 2017, i punti della finale di Doha.
